We love to produce and sell but we also love to get paid. So to make sure there is no confusion we have some simple to follow sales policies:

MINIMUM ORDER: No Minimum Order Required.

PRICING: All pricing quoted in catalogs, brochures, literature and on our website is current at the time of printing or posting and is subject to change without prior notice. All quotations and bids are valid for 30 days from date of issuance, unless otherwise specified.

TERMS: We accept TT and LC.

ORDER PLACEMENT: All orders must be placed in writing. We will acknowledge your order back to you in writing. E-mail and FAX count as writing. This helps avoid those embarrassing moments when you call up and ask where your order is and we say "What order?" We hate when that happens.

SAMPLE SHIPPING: Most of our shipments go via UPS, FEDEX, DHL, and TNT etc. Our standard policy is to prepay the freight and add it to the invoice. We will gladly ship freight collect on your account number. If you are in the area and want to pick it up yourself come on by.
